Banana bread is one of the favorite bread / cakes in the United States, Australia and elsewhere. So I decided to bake one at home. Even my first banana bread turned out just great. Tasty, delicious, yummy...

I tried a lot of banana bread recipes and made site about banana bread.

Banana Bread Recipe

To show you how easy baking banana bread is, I am giving you here one simple banana bread recipe:

You will need:
- 2 1/3 cups of mashed bananas
- 2 cups of all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- a little salt
- 1/2 cup of melted butter
- 3/4 cup of sugar (brown sugar is healthier)
- 2 beaten eggs

It should not take you more than 10 minutes. Start by turning on the oven and setting it to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Mix flour, baking soda and salt in one big bowl and mix melted butter and brown sugar in another bowl. Add eggs and mashed bananas to the butter and mix until you get a nice and even mixture. Pour it into the flour and stir. Your banana bread batter is ready.

Just pour it into a bread pan and bake for one hour.

Yep, this banana bread recipe is that simple.
