In terms of location, Porthminster View is located adjacent to Porthminster beach an a few minutes walk from St Ives town and harbour. It provides an ideal location in the heart of the town from which to spend days on the beach or swimming and surfing.
Exploring the attractions of St Ives will occupy a day or two easily with a choice of local museums including the Tate St Ives and Barbara Hepworth Museum.
