Allow me to introduce myself ... I am the most discriminating cat in Jaguar Julie's household!
"Yes, my name is Bandit the Cat and I am the most discriminating cat in Jaguar Julie's household. I've recently not been quite myself as you see Jaguar Julie took over the management of a colony of feral cats.
I'm particularly peeved that she's not let me romp on the patio like I'm used to because she's taking care of those cats that have been spayed. That's OK, I showed her ... I've been barfing, peeing and pooping on her new rug! Oh, BTW, beware of imposters claiming to be Bandit the Cat!"

This is me!
Rebuttal :: by Jaguar Julie, Bandit the Cat's owner

Bandit is actually fairly high-strung! I don't know about the discriminating business unless you call his pickiness for food, where he sleeps, etc. We've given Bandit a good home for the past 7 years. What we did was to spoil him in that he got used to being the king of the house.
Now that I'm taking care of 'homeless' cats; i.e., the colony of feral cats, he's gotten jealous of all the attention. Nothing else has changed; we still give him plenty of TLC, but NOOOO ... it's not good enough for him!
Today I picked him up from the vets ... according to her diagnosis, he is anxious and is perhaps having anxiety or panic attacks over the new carpeting we put down. OR, over all the attention being given to the feral cats??? OR, he has irritable bowel syndrome.

Look at my vet bill -- I'm a pretty special cat don'tcha know!
I am a Tabby cat ...
BUT, I'm not just some common mackerel tabby, with the classic "M" on my forehead!
A tabby cat is a cat with a distinctive coat that features stripes, dots, or swirling patterns. Tabbies are sometimes erroneously assumed to be a breed of cat.A Tribute to Tabby Cats in all Their Manifestations. About.com:Cats. Retrieved on January 31 2008 In fact, the tabby pattern is a naturally occurring feature that may be the original colouration of the domestic cat's distant ancestors. Tabby colour is found in many breeds of cat, as well as among the general 'moggy' (mixed-breed or mongrel) population. When cats are allowed to breed randomly, the colouration of the population tends toward brown mackerel tabbies with green eyes, leading geneticists to believe that this is the common wild phenotype of the domestic cat. The tabby usually has an "M" mark on its forehead.
The word comes from French tabis, which was earlier atabis, and in medieval Latin attabi. The initial origin of the word seems to be from the Attabiyah section of Baghdad where a type of striped silk was made that was later used to describe cats.
I don't like it when my owners shut the patio door!
Get a load of Harley! Glad this guy found a home.
Oh NO! Not again ...

Hmmm, this doesn't look like the last trap ...

Let's see, do I go in here ???

Or, maybe I go in here ???
Yikes, I've had about enough of these guys already!
