Banish the Blahs!
All 3 of the Tate sisters enjoy writing. Sister Nancy aka Ohme and I both enjoy Squidoo. Sister Betty has been published in regional magazines and enjoys editing for Developmental Therapy/Developmental Teaching programs.
As part of Pat O'Bryan's Portable Empire University, I was convinced that I needed to write an e-book, but could not decide on a subject. One evening, Betty and I were chatting via Instant Messenger and one of us was down in the dumps. We began tossing ideas back and forth about how to break that "blue" mood. Suddenly I said, "there's the e-book. We simply will take these things we know so well and make them into a book." And Banish the Blahs and Be Happy was born!
Note: Banish the Blahs is not a cure for clinical depression - though I wish it was. Banish the Blahs is, however, a book that will help you get over a normal case of the everyday blues.

It takes a Village
to publish an e-book
Of course compiling the e-book was just the beginning. I knew nothing about getting the book on line, setting up pricing, and marketing it.Both Rob Mills and Charly Leetham put their talents to work to make this dream a reality!
Charly interviewed us on her blog radio show and redesigned the web page to include parts of that interview. We are so proud of that page and we think it is very unique! Thank you, Charly! We know we have a super web page and we appreciate it so much!

Sunshine, sleep, exercise, commiserate with a friend, read a good book. But sometimes the blahs get really BLAH, don't they? Glad you've found an outlet with your book :) 5*****
