Barbara J H's view of Maroochydore
With Barbara's agreement, I am building a number of Squidoo lenses to showcase her work. This first lens focuses on her home town of Maroochydore. The lens is presented as a photographic art exhibition - stop and have a closer look at what takes your fancy. Enjoy your journey through this Photographic Art Gallery. All photos are hyper-linked to Barbara's work on Flickr.

Maroochy Sunrise - Barbara J H
Many people capture sunrises but their focus is on the sun. Barbara J H captures the spirit of the location as well. She uses the sunrise as background lighting to envelop her subject in light. Have a look at how Barbara communicates the stillness of the Maroochy River.

Barbara shows her great skill in capturing reflections and colors in the stillness of Winter.
Maroochy River by Barbara J H
The fabulous Maroochy River captured in its ever changing beauty. Barbara accentuates the contrast - light and dark, movement and stillness.

Well, we had better let the sun set on this exhibition. Don't forget to leave your comments, star and favorite this lens and visit Barbara on Flickr.
