The one I've found that makes the most interesting barbarian names is on randomzoo. It says they're for barbarians, but really, they're for anything you want to get a giggle out of trying to pronounce.
Rotstomp the Bonescream? Saarnash Bonetooth? Aorgar Wallknuckle? Thundalaf Roastnave? I even got Ishhaw Warttrunk with that same combination.
Yeah, they're awful. So awful they're good!
