Chicken, which is rich in protein and other healthy vitamins and nutrients, is not only ideal for its body boosting properties but also its taste and if you are thinking of serving up a healthy pizza for your family, this is definitely ideal.

Super Delicious Barbecue Chicken Pizza Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 pieces chicken breasts (boneless and skinless)
- Salt
- ½ cup Barbecue Sauce
- Olive Oil
- ½ red onion (sliced thinly)
- 16 oz Mozzarella cheese (sliced thinly)
- Chopped cilantro (to taste)
Instructions
Before anything else, preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Then, place the chicken breast on an ovenproof dish. Salt both sides and pour the barbecue sauce over the chicken breasts, making sure to fully coat them. Put the dish inside the oven and bake for approximately 20 to 25 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked.
Remove the dish from the oven and dice the chicken breasts or slice finely.
Turn up the oven's temperature and increase it to 500 degrees.
Drizzle olive oil on a sheet pan and lay out the pizza crust on it. Drizzle on some olive oil on the crust and sprinkle some salt onto it for taste. Then, spread a couple of tablespoons of barbecue sauce on to the crust and spread evenly to serve as your base. Sprinkle on the finely chopped mozzarella cheese on top of the barbecue sauce. Then, top it with the diced barbecue chicken and the finely chopped onion.
Before placing into the oven, sprinkle on some salt to taste then bake the pizza for approximately 15 to 17 minutes or until the toppings are bubbly and you notice that the crust is golden brown.
Take the pizza out of the oven and sprinkle chopped cilantro all over.
Voila! Your barbecue chicken pizza is done, and you can serve it to friends and family immediately!
