    I think I heard about Squidoo from Seth Godin. Don't remember where or how. I think it was still in Beta.

    It was good getting to know you. I agree, always imagine you are talking to the reader when you write. And I am so sorry about your children. That is a grief that no parent should ever have to face.

    Very nice lensography! I love the photo of you reading. As a former children's librarian, I love connecting children and books.

    My first real job when I graduated from high school was in the Bellflower Public Library. I loved it. I wanted to become a branch librarian. I was often allowed to handle the story time and do other things a children's librarian might do. We did not always have a children's librarian on duty. I still love connecting children and books.

    A very interesting lensography. I chuckled reading about being stranded in Yreka because we were stranded there, too, during a winter storm several years ago. We're from Minnesota but travel a lot and we both love California. I'm looking forward to reading more of your lenses as time permits!

    Hi Barb! I seen a tweet about your lensography...so I came to see it. I don't believe we have met before on Squidoo or on Twitter. Lensographies are a favorite lens for me to visit.
