Barney Stinson is always ready with sage advice for his 'apparently' best friend Ted.....just make sure you're not having a drink when he dispenses it as it is not unknown for the drink to end up everywhere as you laugh at said advice. He is always ready with a percentage to back up his outrageous claims....although he usually just makes them up.
On the surface Barney Stinson is a womaniser in his 30s without a care in the world, but underneath it all we get to see glimpses of caring especially for his friends and that's part of what makes him so loveable. I believe that Barney just wants to find someone who loves him and who he can settle down with......and maybe now he has, but only time will tell.

- Barney Stinson is awesome. How do I know? Because the supremely confident womanizer played by Neil Patrick Harris on How I Met Your Mother never lets anyone forget it. The show may be about the road to romantic love for main character Ted Mosby, but the most entertaining parts of any episode are the hilarious one-liners and bold proclamations made by Barney. This hilarious book is a great read for any Barney Stinson fan, although if you actually want to pick up I wouldn't recommend some of Barney's tips unless you can say them with a touch of irony to get the girl to laugh that is!
