Having baseball arm strength is one of the most overlooked aspect of someone's game.  Why?  Well I believe it is because most people are hung up on the offensive side of the game.  You know, everyone likes the big homeruns, etc.  While power is very important to a ball player, it should never overshadow the importance of baseball arm strength.

Let me ask you something, have you ever watched or played a ball game that was either won or lost because of someone's throw?  This is my point.  Games can be won or lost with having good baseball arm strength.  Please do not neglect this from your training regiment!

Baseball Arm Strength Doesn't Require Huge Muscles!

I firmly believe that one of the biggest misconceptions in baseball is that you have to biceps like Hulk Hogan in order to have solid baseball arm strength. The truth is that it is HOW you work your muscles versus HAVING huge muscles. As a matter of fact, it's recommended that when conditioning for baseball, you use less weight on the upper body and more weight on the lower body. Baseball arm strength is no exception!

So much of having baseball arm strength is driving your legs (just like a pitcher) and throwing in the proper motion. In addition, you need to know exactly what particular muscle groups you need to stretch and workout in order to maximize your throwing ability.

Make Sure You can Commit!

Now if you are looking for a workout guide or routine, it is important that you understand what you can and can't do physically. If a routine wants you to do 300 sets a day, chances are that isn't going to be possible. If you understand what your limitations are, yo will know what the perfect routine for you is. This is extremely important when you start looking at a regiment to work on your baseball arm strength.
