Batman vs Joker (Should Batman kill his arch-nemisis?)

Batman is dark and serious, always upholding the law. The Joker is a fiendishly intelligent lunatic, never upholding the law.

Batman continual captures and sends the Joker to prison, but he regularly escapes, to end up killing and injuring scores of people.

Batman does not kill him, out of a sense of morality, and the need to draw an uncrossable line, so due to Batman's adherence to a moral code many more people are hurt and killed.

Who is Batman?

Batman is a super hero in Gotham City. He wears the bat uniform because he believes bats are frightening and wants to use that fear against his enemies.

At a very young age Batman witnesses the death of this family. Batman is driven to fight crime in order to avenge the death of his parents.

Batman aka "The Dark Knight", has no superhuman powers. He uses his detective skills, intellect, and physical strength to defeat his enemies. He has amounted a vast amount of wealth from the Wayne family and uses that money on high tech gadgets to fight crime.

His arch enemy is The Joker and The Joker is an exact opposite of everything he believes in.

The Joker is a master criminally with the apperance of a clown. He is criminally insane. He is chaotic in everything he does. He lives for the comedic side of villainy.

The Joker's ability to create weapons of destruction makes him a threat to everyone he encounters. He has the mind of genius and uses his intelligence to create unbelievable lethal weapons.

The Joker is the archenemy of Batman.
