Battery Operated Portable Fan For Power Outage - Hurricanes - Camping

Power outages or blackouts can and do occur in every state for various reasons. Usually loss of power results from natural disasters. Power outages were brief (minutes or hours) when I lived in California and New Mexico. Texas, on the other hand, has been a different story. Hurricane Alicia left Sugar Land without power in my neighborhood for three days. Hurricane Ike was eight days without power which meant no air conditioning. Ike sent the message loud and clear - you need a battery operated fan!
