BBB Looks Out Scam Company PEM

Better Business Bureau (BBB) reveals the scammers' company named Property Experts Marketing that claimed to be operating in an office at 501 Olive, Suite 701 as listed in the website. According to their website, propertyexpertsmarketing.com, the company was founded in year 2001 that aims to help timeshare property owners sell their units in the secondary market. Posted in the site are their 'clients' including a tv network, a fragrance company, and two major pharmaceutical company.

A BBB representative communicated with the company's representative, John Orozco. The former asked for Orozco's answer with regard to a complaint filed by a Texas man. Orozco then replied that he would be consulting the company's department to settle the misunderstanding between the complainant and the representative. Yet still, according to BBB officials, there was no immediate response to what Orozco said.
BBB has been vigilant in discovering the ongoing frauds that have collected thousands of dollars as timeshare upfront fees yet failed to sell the timeshares. Among the spotted guilty companies were Creative Vacation Solutions, Resorts Condo Management, Premier Timeshare Solutions, and Platinum Property Exchange.

A Nebraskan paid $7,710 to Premier Timeshare Solutions yet there were no results presented by the company. Another company that is considered the most notorious carries the name Ultimate Vacation Network misled timeshare owners with their address in the 7th floor of an office building located in Troy, Mich. Detroit BBB have been receiving complaints from October 2009 to May 2010 and among which was a New Jersey man who paid fees at $45,000.

With all these BBB tells timeshare owners to deal their timeshares with a legitimate company that has a permanent address operating. Owners' assurance must not end by inquiring the address. It would be good if timeshare owners should inspect the company's office. Be doubtful if the company asks for upfront fees or any other fees. Before agreeing to sell your timeshare with them, it is better to ask for the opinions of the company's referrals. Lastly, make sure that the company's reliability standard is good. You can inquire on this by checking www.bbb.org or call 314-645-3300.
