The most important things you'll need are your smoker, the meats you're cooking, enough barbeque sauce for all your entrees, spice rubs, charcoal and/or wood, cooking utensils and other paraphernalia for preparing the dishes, worktables. Also don't forget to have food,drinks, and ice available for you and your team.
