    Great sounding marinades. I use Kikoman Teriyaki marinade for a quick marinade on beef, and have a favorite recipe called 'California Marinade' great for Iowa Cut Pork Chops on the Grill. Fun selection you have here.

    All your marinades sound wonderful. I like to use a red wine with garlic and thyme for steaks. Change it to white wine for chicken and fish.
