Make sure you read BCD reviews before you buy them.

The reason why you need to read BCD reviews is because many divers think that there is not much difference from one BCD to the other. Those divers are wrong and not all BCDs are created equally. This means that we can be picky and buy the one that is going to fit our dive style and bodies the best. In order to help you find one fast, we have put together a list of the best brands and styles in our BCD review.

BCD Reviews #1 - Mares Dragon BCD

You can't argue against a #1 ranking.

Where to find it:
www.leisurepro.com

It's not easy to choose one BCD to put at the top of our BCD review. Luckily it was fun and we are proud of our findings. We would like to introduce you to the Mares Dragon. Mares introduced the mechanical weight system into the diving industry, which is why it's no surprise that the Dragon comes with a newly designed buckle system that allows you to release your weights in just one movement! On top of that, this BCD comes with a new bladder design never seen before. The bladder is so securely customized that it reduces drag and places the air around the tank, allowing it to completely mold to your body. When we tested the Dragon out we knew that we were looking at a #1 BCD.

BCD Reviews #2 - Seasoft Pro BCD

Get the one BCD that will completely adjust to your body!

Where to find it:
www.leisurepro.com

Why do we love the Seasoft Pro? The Seasoft Pro is a jacket style BCD with a fully adjustable front. That's right, everything is adjustable! It doesn't matter if you are only 4 foot 10 inches or if you are 7 feet tall! Seasoft has a patented method of using the BCD's air pocket to allow you to shorten or lengthen the sides without accumulating any extra material or creating drag. The Pro has managed to climb it's way up to #2 on our BCD review because Seasoft keeps introducing quality BCDs like this one!

BCD Reviews #3 - Zeagle Ranger BCD

Be a multi-faceted diver with this BCD!

Where to find it:
www.leisurepro.com

The Zeagle Ranger has an exceptional reputation and has been the customary BCD for Zeagle for years. It is really tough and well built. It is made out of heavy, resistant 1050 denier ballistic nylon, which is ery firm material. This BCD is also very adaptable and customizable. It's easy to take it apart and replace any piece that you might want to replace. The Zeagle also has an integrated weight system and it can be used with either single or twin cylinders. There are also a lot of extra accessories that can be attached to the Zeagle, such as rear weight pockets. The Zeagle is so talented that it won the #3 spot on our BCD review.

BCD Reviews #4 - Oceanic Outrigger HLT BCD

Your own high lift transfer system!

Where to find it:
www.leisurepro.com

The Oceanic Outrigger HLT BCD is a revolutionary low-profile, rear inflation BCD with a patented flow-through High Lift Transfer (HLT) system. The HLT system transfers buoyant lift from the rear bladder to a 15-pound front bladder for effortless face-up surface flotation. Professional divers agree that a rear inflation design is best because it provides freedom of movement and positioning underwater. The HLT system is why the Outrigger is #4 on our BCD review.

BCD Reviews #5 - Seaquest Pro Unlimited BCD

You deserve to dive in luxury.

Where to find it:
www.leisurepro.com

The Pro Unlimited comes with large weight-integrated pouches that allow you the diver to accommodate the weight load necessary for thicker wetsuits. It includes the patented three-dimensional, expanded gusset in the bladder that provides more lift. The well-padded shoulder straps possess pivot buckles. The Self-Adjusting Lumbar System (SLS), another Seaquest patented item, provides great comfort that is not found in other buoyancy vests. Added touches include the integrated console retractor and the Wenoka Squeeze Lock knife mounted to the accessory pockets. The most innovative feature is the Adjustable Back Pack - it allows you to customize your jacket's fit to adjust to your height requirements. All of these features are the reason why the Seaquest Pro Unlimited is #5 on our BCD review.
