Everything one is and ever will become is totally up to yourself ~ B.Tracy
What is really preventing us from being ourselves, do what our mind calls us to, to live in peace and harmony with our family and friends? Why do so many of us have trouble behaving in compliance to what we really feel from within? What is it that keeps us down? What are the stones in our path, blocking our way to a healthy lifestyle? What are the outside influences that have so much effect on our lives, controlling us with all kinds of different irritations and events which are powerful enough to drag us down, mentally and physically?
Stones in your path?

Our hidden powers within
Is it possible that we just accept whatever we are bombarded with from our environment, by idle events in our lives we have difficulty coping with? Is it possible that we think we are lacking the guts to stand up against those issues around us which we are not content with? Are we missing our inner strength? Do we lack the courage? Do we need more security? Are we missing that inner fight-for-life-power which could automatically plow through whatever obstacles facing us, if used correctly? Do we need the energy to act, to powerfully turn our life in our favour, where we ourselves are the deciding factor? Or do we just need to get out of our laze mode to make an effort like that, to let our own wishes come true? Recommended reading
Our right to be
There are so many people totally blind regarding the whole picture of their own lives. These people (we have all belonged to that group at some time in our lives) are totally unaware of where they are headed in life and their goals, what they really wish to get out of their life. The only thing they know is to wake up in the morning, eat, go to work (if any), come home watch television, go to sleep, wake up again the next day and repeat the some process again and again, without realising what they are really doing with their lifes. Naturally there is absolutely nothing wrong with eating, sleeping and spending time doing idle things, but if these are the only things going on in people's minds, day to day, they it's just the same as letting oneself travel along the assembly line which is under the control of others.People need to claim their own self-respect. People need to find the inner peace and love which follows automatically when life is lived according to their own heart, being themselves. Let's ensure our future. Let's be ourselves. Nobody does it for us.
Be yourself!
Stress factors
We have to be more self aware about the outside factors that are influencing us every day. There are many different things that are affecting us in varying degrees. For comparison, lets look at a few issues that are often used to measure stress levels with people.- Do you feel stuck in the web of circumstances which you can't change?
- Is it difficult for you to speak to other people?
- Do you hold back your opinions if you think it might offend others?
- Do you cancel doing what you like if it doesn't comply with what others want?
- Do you procrastinate to the last minute becouse you want to avoid the possible difficulties that goes along with it?
- Do you spend a lot of time worrying about the future?
- Do you easily lose control of your temper?
- Do you have a hard time coping with tense situations?
- Do you cry easily?
- Do you never have time for yourself?
- Don't you feel you have a sanctuary at home?
- Do you feel guilty for not providing enough for your family?
- Do you feel bad about how little time you have to spend with your friends?
- Are you overwhelmed at work?
- Do you feel constant distractions ruining your level of concentration?
- Are you bored with your work?
- Do you feel your talents or abilites are not appreciated?
- Do you feel like time is running away from you?
- Do you often lose control of your temper becouse there never seems to be enough time to finish the ongoing projects?
- Are you always in a hurry?
- Is it easy to get you off balance?
- Do you have a hard time to relax?
It is often difficult for us to become aware of the things that make us feel bad. It often isn't realised until someone else begins to talk about it, or if we notice someone around us showing similar %u201Esymptoms" or behaviour. But what are we doing to discover these behavioural patterns within ourselves? Do we think it's too hard to try to change whatever has already set itself stuck tightly within us, OR do we make a decision to do something about it and see to it that something will be changed to the better?
So now the question rises again, what do we really want? We feel the excitement as well as the tension load up if we think about anything that creates inner worries or stress. We get the tightness in the stomach, a heavy headache, feel drained etc. Our mind doesn't feel at ease becouse of the imbalance around us and also in our bodies becouse of the outside stress. But why not just listen to our body's messages and begin to act accordingly to them?
If we fall and hurt ourselves, we usually feel a pain in that area. That is the body telling us what areas need nurturing and healing. Those areas that need treatment use the way of the pain to ask for attention to be assisted back to a healthy state. As for our physical health, this kind of notification system works also for our mental health. It has been stated that everything that goes on within us mentally, will eventually manifest itself physically, specially if it is strong enough.

Energy flows where attention goes!
Whatever we put our focus on will automatically become more empowered, whether it is something the mind is subconsciously kept attached to or something we are thinking constantly about. If we think positively towards everything around us, to to persons who irritate us, to the situations we avoid to find ourselves is, to the things which we would normally worry about, interestingly enough, things tend to change.Everything somehow becomes easier and more joyful. Even that particular person who always needs to have an attitude around you, stops it, and begins to speak to you with respect. It can be so unbelievable, but a positive mindset can actually do wonders for those who know this method. But sadly, this can also work the other way around. If we think negatively towards everything around us, it often works similar as when pouring gasoline on fire. Everything becomes impossible. Nothing seems to work in one's favour. Everyone seems boring, tired or irritated around us.
Let's repeat a previous remark; Whatever we put our focus on will automatically become more empowered, whether it is positive or negative. But why cling to the negative? Why do so many people hold on tight to what belongs to the past? People are living now. Is it worth it to spend valuable time of our life up to our necks in negative pits of dirt or other barriers blocking us from a healthy, joyful and loving life? What do we really gain from lying stuck in the shackles of the past or in the realms of negativity? How are we supposed to ever get ahead towards higher balance and self development if we let negative things like that possess our mind and soul? Wouldn't it be much wiser to enjoy existence and the beautiful life we habe been allowed to live?
In spite of all the traumas and difficulties we have experienced along the way, we can't be anything else than thankful for all the lessons we have also gathered and learned at this point in our life. We are rich of experience and have the capability share our wisdom and guidance in the fields we now have first hand experience with ourselves, to benefit and help others in their own path to a higher balance and further evolution.
Quiet the mind
The key to balance in everything in our life is the stillness of mind. With incremental training and inner will, we can achieve that state of mind to be able to see things in our life in a totally different perspective than we are used to every day. We obtain total outer and inner relaxation, and our mind unites with our self awareness again. The whole picture of our current life situation today reaches our deep level of understanding and we finally see what has always been dwelling in our minds but has until now been out of reach becouse of life's distractions and barriers, outside and inside, and therefore unobtainable to fathom the wholistic context of our life's process. With the deep understanding of issues that have until now been causing us negative feelings or thoughts, it is now possible to transform the most amazing areas of our life's view and realisation, meaning our own level of understanding of who we are and what we are doing here. There are many ways to help quiet the mind, to train the stillness of the mind. We can relax with tranquil music, meditate (whatever method works best for you), exercise all kinds of physical workout that work towards balancing mind and body (Yoga, Tai Chi, Aikido, Native american dances, Chi Gong etc), find ourselves some fun hands-on creativity (to spark our creativity brain into action), find some interesting topics to read about to stimulate the brain positively, go out for a walk regularly (preferably in the nature), practice breathing (make good use of the lungs), think happily and lovingly towards everyone around us, and many other similar things alongside these methods. Always be on guard regarding events taking place around us. Act correctly and appropriately when we really need to. Find the mind's harmony which grows more and more in accordance with how much we surrender to the positive flow of life. Be mindful of how our confidence, self respect and awareness piles up and becomes stronger, more comprehensive and extensive, liberalized, enduring, calmer, more tolerant, easier, joyful, outgoing and honest - and all of the cooperating factors reach the rock steady balance.
