Surfs Up Party Activity: Beachy Relay Race
a beach towel
a swimming ring (inflated)
scuba shoes, or mask (or both)
a beach ball
a pail or shovel
Have the children line up in their teams, if the teams are not even have some children run the relay twice to even up the number of people racing. Have a cone or a bucket about 15 feet from the start/finish line for the turnaround point.
Have the teams race make each child put on, or carry all of the beach items while they race down, around the cone or bucket and return to tag the next person. When they are done have them sit down. The first team to finish wins!
