Having a beach themed wedding? Great! Use beach wedding decorations to complete your theme.

Decisions surrounding your wedding ceremony can be overwhelming. So many choices, so many ideas, so many details to take care of. If you are like me, I had no idea where to start. Then one idea hit me, it was perfect. The decision was made to have a beach style wedding complete will all the Beach Wedding decorations and favors. Once this idea was in my head, the rest started to fall into place.
There is certainly no shortage of ideas for Beach theme wedding and reception decorations. We even discussed the idea of collecting beach wedding decorations and favors and having the ceremony and reception in a tropical beach setting. Some of the ideas were so small and simple we could take them with us to add 'our' personal flare to the event rather than be limited to what was available through the resort, or locally on somewhat short notice.
Sea shell wedding favors would be perfect. When I spotted the classy sea shell bottle opener and the sand and sea shell tealight that both came with a card I could personalize this was just the start of my theme. Now I see the Sea shell spreaders in a gift set. How about wedding favors that are beach gel candles with a pretty scent to them? Hum, ha, umm, okay, here we go the spreaders with the sea shell gel scented candle wedding favors! Okay, there one decision is made. Place card holders that were tiny little flip flop sandals and beach pails with candles inside can decorate each guests place setting. These little features would be reasonable priced and tuck away in my suitcase easily. The tropical flowers in my bouquet and on the tables allowed for more of a tie in with the beach theme wedding decorations to the reception decorations as well. The tables were set with flip flops and tiny little beach pails and the guests had memories in their sea shell wedding favors to take home . Once the beach theme wedding was decided upon I was able to make some major decisions that gave my day the personal touches that we were looking for.

A wedding day is a dream day. It's an event that is a huge deal for the friends and family of both the bride and groom. We are bombarded by the media with visions of huge, elaborate, and sometimes outrages weddings.
Every time we turn around we have images of weddings in front of us. Movies play on our love of weddings. Think of it, My Best Friends Wedding, Steel Magnolia's, Runaway Bride, 27 Dresses and the list goes on! Images of weddings, beautiful dresses and memorable wedding decorations fill the screen and make us dream of being the center of an event like this. There are televised weddings that range on the side of the 'extreme' like Prince Charles and Lady Diana, or soap opera weddings are huge events for women all over the world to watch and dream of. We even watch TV on women going to a salon to try on dresses that range in price from $2000 to $16,000. With a posse of friends and family and a room full of opinions and criticisms we sit and watch the process unfold until they find 'the one'. The dresses are breathtaking but for most, what we're seeing on TV may not realistically fit into your budget. We even watch Brides go off the deep end controlling, demanding and stressing over every detail of her wedding day.
This day is one where we bring together the dress that is 'our' perfect dress and the wedding decorations that are a reflection of us and all the friends and family that make it a day to remember. They can be a simple as a few close friends, a nice chapel and some tasteful pieces of décor or as outrages as having 1000 guests for dinner after you and your groom have jumped out of a plan in full wedding garb with a minister saying your vows at 1000 feet! The perfect wedding for you, is one that suits you, your style, your budget and can be enjoyed by those close to you.

Elegant Wedding Decorations

A wedding is an expression of the bride and groom. Each and every detail from the ceremony to the reception will be a reflection of the day that you got married. You have worked hard to put together the wedding you have dreamed of, from choosing a theme to finding the right location for the ceremony and reception. You want it all to be exquisite for both you and the people you have invited to join you on this occasion. You want to feel confident that when the ceremony is over and you enter the reception area, the tables will be warm and inviting as well as attractive for your guests. Let them know they are an important part of your day by creating an atmosphere that will make the day memorable for all with elegant wedding decorations.
Elegant wedding decorations can add just the right touch to any reception. If your wedding took place outdoors and you are following suit with the reception, luminous mini lanterns hung around the yard or garden will add a soft glow to your event when the sun goes down. For a more formal, indoor wedding and reception, choosing the place card holders that fit your theme will bring your guests running to find the place card with their name on it! With the wide variety of choices in place card holders, following your theme will be an easier fete than deciding which of the decorative pieces you like the best! If you do have trouble choosing between your favorite place card holders, try making your selection by adding wedding favors to your decor and matching the two together. Wedding favors not only serve as eye-catching decorations, but can be taken home by guests as a wedding keepsake. Order a place card and matching photo album wedding favor or even a place card holder that doubles as a photo frame for a lovely decorative table piece. Candles can create a warm, soft atmosphere and will add a touch of class to your decorating skills. A Calla Lily Votive Candle wedding favor combined with our Calla Lily place card holder/photo frame will add an air of elegance. Or, depending on your wedding theme, matching a perfect blend coffee pack with a mini candle coffee cup may be just what you are looking for.
Wedding themes vary with personal choice. Regardless of how you choose to express yourself on your wedding day, whether it be elegant or casual or somewhere in between, make your choices a reflection of yourselves with elegant wedding decorations.

Having A Themed Wedding? Decorate with Meaning!

A wedding that carries a particular theme is typically done because of the relevance to the couple in some way. Items have been selected not randomly but instead selected specifically by the couple because they were inspired by the premise of a fairy tale decor, beach wedding decorations or winter wonderland accessories and the visual impact these decorations can create. Along with very specific themes the use of colors can also create a mood, a feeling or a message. Your choice in color can send a message just as effectively as the obvious themed decorations.
Wedding white: chosen to give the occasion a more formal feel. The monochromatic effect with white table linens topped off with white table decorations, white slip covers, white floral arrangements and bouquets carried by a bride and her attendants in white all in a room with twinkling white lights gives the feeling of elegance. White is the symbol of innocence and purity and gives the event a classy and clean feeling. The sleek look of silver with the white can enhance the 'chic' look. This can be accomplished with chrome and silver wedding favors available as well as decorative collections that silver accessories. There is no shortage of choices when it comes to decorations and calla lily favors and decorations are a popular choice that can be incorporated into this white environment.
Ravishing Reds: Deep romantic crimson reds are one of the most popular choices for wedding decor. The classic color provides a sharp contrast against the white wedding dress, table linens and black tuxedos. The bold and beautiful red wedding collections includes vibrant red guest books, flower girl baskets, garter and ring bearer pillow. The color is one of richness that exudes a feeling of romance, passion and sensuality. The velvety petals of the red rose are hard to beat when it comes to rich texture and deep color. During the holiday season Red poinsettia against deep green bows make a wonderful seasonal backdrop. A bride who loves the holidays or one that is a true romantic will find limitless choices when they choose this radiant shade for their wedding color.
Blushing Pinks: The color that represents friendship and love is the ultra feminine choice that remains the timeless choice for many brides because of the message and girly feel. Whether a pastel Easter pink or a deep fuchsia the shades can all be combined to make a spectacular display in all your wedding decorations. The varying shades and versatile nature of this color will insure this will still be one of the number one traditional colors used for decades to come.
Mellow Yellow or Bold Yellow: We tend to see this color in the warm weather weddings. Spring flowers like tulips and the new birth of the spring come to mind for most everyone. The color itself represents attraction and intellect. The deeper shades serves and a bright, cheery and somewhat whimsical choice you would typically see for spring weddings. Many of the beach themed wedding decorations include this shade to represent sunshine and fun. These are simply a few of the more traditional colors you would see for accessories and decorations for a wedding. The choices go as far as the color spectrum reaches from end to end. Never underestimate the power and meaning of the color you select. Keep in mind that the color palette you choose go beyond attire and wedding decorations, but also touch on the mood, feeling, formality and can represent the season. It's not just a color, it takes on meaning.

Beach Themed Weddings And Your Wedding Style!

When you catch the smell of the spring air and the snow starts to melt, the Wedding Season is also coming into bloom. This $70 billion dollar industry with all the services and options available mean that brides can do just about anything that day. From formal and extravagant to modest and casual or more simply put from expensive to reasonably priced.
There are simple details can change the mood of the wedding. You can start with treating your guests to a glass of chilled champagne as they arrive at the reception. Some sparkling wines could be another option. These light summer beverages in a classy flute glass can set a tone of 'elegance' for the reception.
Small details should not be overlooked. These are the things that can work to make your wedding and reception truly unique and memorable. Adding your personal style and influences from your spouse to be as well based on interests, hobbies or their career can be factored in. Another simple technique is to take some of the same flowers from your wedding bouquet and decorate the reception areas with them, including the serving trays or cocktail trays. You can even go to the length of integrating edible flowers from the color palette of your ceremony into your fare. Your guests will certainly notice this little 'extra' and flowers are always seen as a romantic sentiment.
The use of wedding favors and place cards is a way to customize your day. You can select items that reflect your theme and again tie in yours, and your groom's influences. A wedding where the bride is a teacher can have apple wedding favors for example. A beach theme wedding can utilize little sea shell place card holders and favors by the dozens that have a beach theme. A formal wedding may dictate a formal looking gift. A polished bottle stopper and corkscrew set into a sketch of bride and groom make a classy presentation. If your wedding takes place in a vineyard this can work into the theme of 'wine' as well. Another personal touch is to include some of your favorite treats. If it's a special wine, or pastry from a local bakery have them included in your reception so your guests can enjoy some of your special treats as well.
The focal point of the reception is the table centers and these will also serve to create the 'feel 'of the reception. Traditionally flower arrangements would be used but today we see flowers, floating candles, colored stones and candles, and the use of items to tie in the theme of the wedding. The centerpiece is another way you can express yourself and your personal style. Have some fun with these or to reduce your costs incorporate the favors into the centerpiece display. If you are looking to plan to get married this spring, keep in mind you are one of two million brides and grooms doing the same thing! Don't get overwhelmed and stressed. Keep your personal style in mind and shop around. The internet has saved you hours of time not having to pound the pavement and use whatever was available locally. Make some simple choices that make this a reflection of YOU.

Creating A Theme Wedding With Beach Favors And Decorations!

To execute a 'themed' wedding you'll need to pay attention to all the little details. Once you have decided on the theme you will have set the wheels in motion and things will start to roll! With all that is available to you, you can incorporate your theme into every component of the wedding from the ceremony with unity candles, the guest registry and pen, table decorations complete with centerpieces, place card holders and theme wedding favors that can all tie together your theme perfectly. Selecting a Theme Wedding Favor can be a lot of fun for you. With options galore from elegant to comical, from novel and a collectable to something useful and practical.
Make the day all flow together. Imagine a ceremony in a vineyard, with grape leaves and vines as part of the décor on the tables, with Favors that are wine corkscrews and/ or bottle stoppers. The fairy princess theme can be completed with carriage place card holders and the Prince charming frog wedding favor. A beach theme is always popular in the hot summer months, with sand, shells and star fish in tea light candles as favors, place card holders, guest registry, flute glasses and unity candles all done in the same motif to link the theme to every aspect of this special day.
The idea of a special theme really serves to make the day fun and memorable for everyone that is a part of it. For you, it can make this event a real pleasure and loads of fun to plan it all when these theme wedding favors help ignite your creativity and help you move through all your planning.

Need Some Wedding Ideas? Consider These Tips

Planning a wedding can be intricate and overwhelming, whether it be for a loved one, or for you. It's great that you've found this article as it contains a ton of great advice which will assist you in making sense of all the choices you must make for the big day!

You can save quite a bit of money by purchasing your wedding dress over the Internet, but make sure to factor in shipping and alteration time when planning when to order. I bought my gorgeous gown online for only $150, but it cost me another $200 to have it altered to fit me perfectly. Don't forget to add this additional cost into your budget!

Your wedding day will most likely be stressful and hectic. Plan for this by scheduling it later in the day. Make sure you are rested and still have time to make all the necessary preparations without feeling rushed. To ensure that you look your best for your special day, rest as much as possible.

Your wedding photos are of the utmost important, since you will view them forever. To ensure that your wedding day is documented properly, you should be prepared to spend some money on a professional, experienced photographer.

If you'd like some expert guidance navigating the whole wedding planning period, as well as an extra pair of hands on the day itself, consider hiring a wedding consultant. Weddings can sometimes be stressful when things do go wrong. Having a professional around to deal with all of the emergencies and the extra details is a great idea. You deserve to enjoy the reception and ceremony worry-free with your friends and family.

Before you start planning your wedding, sit with your fiance and make a list of the things that are most important to you. Some may think flowers carry more importance over the cake, where others may feel the venue carries more importance over the guest list. By creating a budget based on your priorities, you can direct the proper amount of money to what you really need to have a perfect day.

Solid Tips For Wedding Planning

coaster wedding favorsPlanning a wedding, whether for yourself or for a friend, can be an overwhelming process. Fortunately the information and tips contained in this article are designed to help you make the wedding a happy and stress free event.

If you wish to look more stunning on your wedding day but are strapped for cash, consider renting diamonds. This gives you that dazzling look you are seeking for a fraction of the cost, which allows you to stay well within your budget.

Practice the first dance with your spouse-to-be while wearing clothes similar to what you'll wear at the wedding. Dancing with your spouse-to-be is romantic, and in addition it will help you get used to each others' clothes so you won't feel awkward on your wedding day. You may already be comfortable moving about in long skirts, but your fiance may not be. This helps to curb any bumbling, especially if you have a dress that has a puffy skirt.

Find out if the lights at your reception venue are the type that can be dimmed. This might seem like a trivial detail, but you want to be able to lower the light for your first romantic dance as a married couple and increase the lighting for other moments of the reception. Before committing to the venue, ask them about this.

Don't plan your wedding alone. A wedding consultant can make both the planning and execution of your wedding go much more smoothly. Planning a wedding can be challenging and nerve-wracking, especially when all the problems that can arise are considered. A professional is best equipped to see to all the details and to resolve any unexpected dilemmas. You and those who care about you should have a relaxing and enjoyable time at the wedding and reception.

Take your fiance with you when you get fitted for your tuxedo. Get other people's opinions when you are attempting to choose a tuxedo. You want your wedding pictures to memorialize you and your bride looking your best.

Make certain to send an online itinerary to your guests with the events, so they know how they should schedule their day and which part they are looking to attend. You can customize itineraries or send special alerts to let each person know which events they are expected to attend.

Don't use a ton of flowers on the tables that guests will be sitting at during your wedding reception. A lot of the time flowers in the middle of the table are an annoyance. You also might want to take into consideration that some guests may be allergic to the pollen in the flowers. Candles without scent are a romantic and beautiful centerpiece.

Don't forget to consider weather conditions when planning your wedding. If it is hot outside, the day of your wedding, your guest might want to leave, if your reception is outside! As well, if the weather is frigid and your guests are too cold, they may decide to leave early. Look for little ways to accommodate your guests; for instance, provide some outdoor fans if you are hosting an summer wedding reception in the heat.

Try something new versus engagement ring shopping. Perhaps you could use a ring that has been in the family for generations. This kind of keepsake invites the bride into the family and offers a classic reminder of the marriage.
