What does that mean? Eva Foam is a type of synthetic rubber-like material. While very good quality, some say that rubber tends to grip better and may even last longer.
Otherwise, except for the brandname label on the boot, Bearpaws and Uggs look alot alike.

i had a pair of bearpaw boots last year and it was about 6 weeks before the sole started to wear away. big sections were just wearing away leaving holes which let in stones and water. also after wearing them after salt had been put down on the roads the leather began to corrode and become stiff and left great big holes at the base of the ankle. i was very disappointed! this year i am saving up to buy uggs because it just proves the old saying "if you buy cheap you buy twice"
