The Rescue clan power revolves around their clan bonus and one obvious tactic that we can employ is to use the Stop Opponent's Bonus ability. If your using Nightmare and Piranas based decks then that will give you more Pillz flexibility when battling Rescue clan. If you are using other clans other than the aforementioned Nightmare and Piranas decks there will always be utility cards within the clan that have SOB abilities. The trick is to use you SOB card when trying to defend or beat a Rescue card with high Damage Value or Cards that gain the life points (which ever applies depending on the situation of the battle).

The use of power reduction cards can cards like the Gheist's Toro and Platinum and all the All-Stars clan can help you on this area. It give you an advantage when your using less pillz over your opponent.

Since the Rescue clan's bonus is basically adding 12 points to the card's total attack value, why not offseti their clan bonus using Attack Reduction abilities. Montana and Uppers clan excel in this area as they have the highest attack reduction clan bonus in Urban Rivals.

As a general strategy in Urban Rivals, a good bluffing always gives you an advantage in winning the match. This is very true especially if the above strategies are not effective or available.
