Learning constellations is really amazing advice. My father and I used to do that. He'd point them out by name all night long. When I was younger I used to get bored of this. Now, especially now that he's gone, whenever I look at the stars, I think of him.

Such a wonderful lens with so many inspiring pearls of wisdom. It made me happy!

Great lens Joan...I find this time of year (winter) very hard to deal with. I miss the sunny warm days of t-shirts, sandals and shorts...great advise here...and that whistle while you work vid was too cute...immed. put a smile on my face. :o)

Thanks for stopping by my "dehydrating pears" lens...I do think the grand kids would like it...my 2 gobble them up...remember dehydrating keeps all the natural sugars in so they are the perfect blend of tart and sweet and chewy like toffee! :o)
    Yum!...anyway...have a great day!

great suggestions, and some of them actually work
    ;)
I like to use music, candles, scented baths, cats and comfort food (too much comfort food).
Unfortunately I also need RX help and have no support network, so it can be very hard.
Thanks for your efforts to help people.
