Bora Bora

type=text

Bora Bora is an island I have dreamed of visiting since I was in High school and first saw photos of it taken from space. It is absolutely stunning as this image shows. The island is located about 230 kilometers northwest of Papeete, and is surrounded by a lagoon and a barrier reef.

Bora Bora is a premier destination for snorkeling and scuba diving in and around its lagoon.

Palau

type=text

The beautiful rock islands of Palau,an island nation located some 500 miles (800 km) east of the Philippines and 2,000 miles (3,200 km) south of Tokyo. I visited Palau over new years 2005 and the experience is one I will never forget, especially swimming with 16 million Jellyfish in Jellyfish Lake. Morpion

type=text

Some people call Morpion the smallest island in the world. It is located in Grenadines islands archipelago, in the Caribbean. I had the pleasure of visiting Morpion in 1995 and snorkeling the crystal clear waters around it. It is truly a magical place.

Abel Tasman

type=text

Abel Tasman National Park is New Zealand's smallest national park. It is renowned for its golden beaches, sculptured granite cliffs, and world-famous Abel Tasman Coast Track. This track takes you along the coast line and through the forest where you can camp or stay in backpacker huts along the way. I have been to New Zealand twice and by far the Abel Tasman was the highlight of each adventure.

Pink Sand Beach

type=text

Many pink sand beaches can be found at Harbour Island in the Bahamas. The sand is a composition of broken shells, bits of corals and tiny microscopic invertebrates called Foraminifera. It is the Foraminifera that give the sand its pinkish hue. Harbour Island also features some of the world's finest diving destinations..
