DRINK LOTS OF WATER
Water is a natural moisturizer which hydrates your skin from within.It is recommended to drink at least 6-8 glasses of water a day.
PROTECT YOUR SKIN FROM THE SUN
The sun can cause premature skin aging and hyper pigmentation on your skin. So, in order to avoid sun damage and early signs of skin aging always wear sunscreen or sunblock, especially if you are going outdoor.
AVOID SMOKING
Smoking can lead to premature aging and appearance of wrinkles on your face.
WASH YOUR SKIN GENTLY
You must wash your face with gentle facial wash twice a day. Never wash your face more than three times because this can strip away your skin's moisture. Do not use harsh or too course facial scrub since it can irritate or harm your skin.
MOISTURIZE
Always put moisturizer on your skin to maintain it's natural moisture level. Make sure that you use a moisturizer that is appropriate to your skin type.
