A personal trainer serves as your coach to motivate you to develop good habits around fitness and nutrition. Most people need guidance and clear direction when developing these habits that will become a regular part of your life. If you are like most people, you have a life team comprisied of doctors, financial advisors, clergy, home assistants and more. A trainer will be a valued member of that life team as well, insuring you keep your physical health and well being in tune as well.

I agree with your comment nmotionfitness. Personal Trainers are essential tools for person's success in achieving their goal of losing pounds. I am an Atlanta Personal Trainer and I know how hard it is for some individuals to lose weight. Personal Trainers serve as guide and direction towards obtaining the desired goal on health of their clients.

I like this lens as it points out the most important part for a personal trainer to pay attention to...and that's to run their business! Designing programs around clients goals seems obvious but it's surprising how many personal trainers neglect this and just push their clients....away! Keep up the great information :)

I really enjoyed your video on marketing your fitness training business. But most of all, glad that you have all the info in one program. I was just at a local health and well-ness fair and some of the businesses there could really use your info.

A lot of great information. Personal training, while fun, is a business. Accountability, goals and professionalism must be at the forefront in order to succeed. It's tough, but rewarding! Keep up the great articles.

Informative lens about the business side of a service such as personal training. Very important if you want to succeed. So many people just think that they can start a personal training business without any of the business know-how and wonder why they fail. Thanks for the lens.
