Become Pregnant

This is a question I get asked a lot along with, what is wrong will me? and Do you think we will ever b able to have a baby?

Surprisingly, these are questions that get asked by women who have only been trying to get pregnant for a couple of months.

It should be noted that getting pregnant is not a fast thing... to be waiting up to a year is not unheard of.

There are certain factor that should be considered when trying for a child:

You should know your body and your cycle. You should be able to tell exactly when you are going to be ovulating so you may plan to make love immediately beforehand.

You should understand about sperm production and about how the quality of the sperm can increase or decrease depending on many things such as frequency of ejaculation, diet and general lifestyle.

You should also be aware of your own body and be prepared in the event of pregnancy... be stocked up on all the appropriate vitamins and minerals.
