People who want to
Be right - They know everything there is to know about the EVERY thing, They do not want to listen to others because they have all the answers.
Stay comfortable - These people would rather stay in the business or job they already to for the rest of their lives even if its falling down around them
Be liked - these are the people who need to be liked by every one, and get hurt easily if some one says something nasty to them.
The three types of people above are the people who are most likely to get left behind.
WIN - These are the people, who want to WIN, who put there mind to it and do it and do it they don't moan how much commission they get. They just get out and do what they have to do in order to succeed.
If you need to feel liked, are comfortable or know every thing there is too know already, I doubt you will get very far in Network Marketing.
Becoming a network marketer means, adversing as cheaply as possible. If you can put out FREE adds this is the best thing to do. Less expense the better as at first you will not earn much commission. Some people work part time as a foundation, especially when they have children unless they have partners who work. It may be an Idea to work on weekends and then grow your Network Marketing business in the week.
This is really down to you, with Network Marketing you can grow you business as big as you want to. Its not like owning a small shop or a market stall, or course with shops you can spread them, but in network marketing it enables you to have many Representatives in you team nation wide in some cases, in others across the country that you live in. So for example with my AVON business I can travel and appoint Representatives in my team all around Wales, Scotland, England. So even though I live in Worcestershire, I have appointed Representatives in my team so far in, Bristol, Devon, Sunderland, Wolverhampton, Birmingham, Nottingham, Stoke-on- Trent, Newcastle, Manchester, Thornberry, Warrington, Preston, Blackburn, London, Gloucester, Cheltenham, Yorkshire, Wales and Cornwall. I have many Representatives in these areas. I do have plans to the future to appoint in Scotland also.

Something I have never had before is a decent car, we paid it off its ours and we owe NOTHING. I have also have bought my laptop brand new and paid it all in one payment of £250. We bought a new TV, new Stereo with surround sound and moved into a better area from a council high rise estate to a nice quiet 2 bed flat. I am no where near the millionaire mark but I can afford better things now. You would not believe I was a single mum on benefits!

- click on my link, go through to my recruiting page. In the right hand corner at the top is a pink and yellow box, click on APPLY. A box then will appear asking for your email address and password. Enter your email address and ignore password box, click on the next button. You will then come to a Application form, fill this out. All the information on here is confidential and does NOT come too me all I get is. You names, address, contact number and email address. I then call you, we arrange an appointments for me to come and talk to you, appoint you as a Representative. And train you on line.
Please note you must be 18 plus, be allowed to work in England and Wales, have 1 photo ID and one paper ID photo ID can be anything with you picture and name on it (work permit, college ID) and paper ID must show that you live at the address.
There is also a small £15 admin fee, this is only charged with you first and second orders. There is a one off payment of £25 to become a Sales Leader. You have to place one order before becoming a Sales Leader.
This is NOT a get rich quick scheme. You will be an independent Representative and/ or Sales Leader. You DO NOT pay for your orders up front, the order comes, you deliver and collect the money then you pay AVON and then yourself from the commission which AVON work out for you on your invoice.

Please note. 18 or over only. There is also a £15 admin charge, this will come out of your first two orders and £7.50 this is to become a Representative and also there is a one off Admin charge to become a Sales Leader of £25 then that is it.
All the Network marketing companies I know ask for larger fees then this. I have been asked for £80 up front for books for one. With AVON you get your first books FREE, this is two packs of 20 books one pack of each for your first two campaigns, we provide you with information about AVON. We give you training on your first day, this is only showing you around your site, then after that we can give you one to one FREE training if you do want it. We are always on the other end of the phone, if you need us for any reason.
