    Being a singer was a silly little dream for me but I'm now taking it to heart. I'm preforming in my school talent show. I'm finishing school first and my backup plan is to become a author. This really helped!

    Just dream and you will succed dont lisen to people say you are bad do what you love doing and this is a great way to start or start on a tv show like i did (barney and friends)

    This was an interesting take on what it means to be a "singer." I don't think you have to put yourself in the Hollywood lime light to become an excellent singer. Some of the best voices I've heard you would never find in the mainstream media or in LA for that matter! You just have to have a passion deep inside you that makes you want to put the effort into practicing. It's just like anything else in life. All the glitz and glamor that pop star singers put on is really just superficial rubbish in my opinion. Your image has nothing to do with your actually singing skills. Just my 2 cents...
