Bed Liner Review

I would like to suggest that when you are looking to purchase a bed liner for your truck, you should consider your truck in the process. Many people buy a Truck Bed Liner just to find out that the bed liner actually caused damage to your trucks finish. This can lead to more serious issues down the road, like rust! This is a bed liner review from your trucks perspective.

A truck would choose a bed liner based on 1 factor.
1. Does the bed liner cause harm to the truck in any way? This may seem like an obvious question, but it is not. Every bed liner except one either required damaging the trucks finish in order to install it properly or the bed liner caused damage to the truck as soon as it was installed.

Drop In bed liners are a one piece plastic tub that typically fit multiple trucks. This allowed room along side of the liner for dirt and debris to collect. The extra room along side of the drop in also provided enough room for the bed liner to shift (on top of the debris). Over time the trucks finish would be compromised and rust would quickly set in.

Spray on bed liners require an installer to grind the trucks protective finish off before the chemicals can be spared in the trucks bed. If you were a brand new truck would you want to have your Skin sanded off? Ouch, is all I have to say about that.

The Dual Liner is custom formed to match the contour of the sheet metal that each panel is to protect. This approach is kind of like adding a layer of armor to the trucks bed. Since each panel is custom fit to the trucks precise shape this eliminates the potential of the panel to shift. Dual Liner uses panel to protect the tailgate and the three sides of the trucks box and a thick Zero Skid rubber mat to protect the floor. The Zero Skid Floor has sort rubber cleats (Hundreds of them) located on the underside to prevent damage to the truck bed.
