Jerry Seinfeld is a Very Funny Man
Ok, I'll admit it! I love Jerry Seinfeld. It drives everybody in our house crazy because I will watch his show over and over again and over again and over...I am sure that you get the idea - I have watched every show no less than 5 times! I think that this is one of the funniest shows that was ever spewed from the bowels of TV... Sorry Jon Stewart, sorry Richard Pryor, sorry Smothers Brothers, but it was funny. It was hysterical! Even toward the end. Mash was hysterical for the first three or four years, then it got tiresome. Then it got unbearable, then I would throw rotten food and tomatoes at the TV. I will still only watch the first few years of Mash again and again only for the first years. But I digress. Seinfeld started as a show about four people who existed with their own personalities in a world that they could not control. They were walking through life's land mines, trying to deal with life's explosions or life's duds in their own awkward way. There was no moral or lesson's to be learned, which I found refreshing. They were four people swimming in life's existential cesspool. This was a show about four misfits stumbling and falling and walking on their knees through life's macabre of horror and terror only to be dashed against the rock's of rejection and self-humiliation. This show spoke to me only like the angels of hell or the mystics of self-deprecation could. I realized for the first time in my pathetic life that suicide was a viable life option! I was now empowered to terminate my life by running in front of a city bus with a big grin yelling, "I can do it! I can do it!" My self worth had risen to the level of one of those one cell animals that you can smash with one of those teeny weeny spoons that you can find in any mom and pops store along any interstate. I could finally identify with someone on TV. Seinfeld didn't lecture us about what was moral or that there is a lesson to be learned in every one of life's experience or that one plus one equals a sexual relationship. It is hard to believe that NBC was ready to cancel this show after a few brief episodes, but the management had one of those mysterious cognitive gaps. Or maybe their collective tie was caught in the fax machine of life, and they let the show mature and become one of TV's most successful shows on TV. You have to give credit to Jerry when he "retired" the show was still on top, unlike Mash where you could find it's Logo on single sheet toilet paper stuck to someone's business. Ok, Who is Jerry Seinfeld and why does He want to be Called Jesus Seinfeld?
If Jerry was born into a Jewish family, Why wouldn't he want to be called Moses Seinfeld?
Jerome A Seinfeld (Little Jerry) was born on April 19, 1954 in Brooklyn, New York. Jerry attended Oswego College, but transferred to Queens College in New York City. He developed an interest in Stand up Comedy after he appeared in several College productions. While he preformed in local clubs and the Catskill Mountains until his career received a boost when he appeared in a 1976 HBO Special. He appeared on the Tonight show with Johnny Carson, the Late Night Show with David Letterman and the Merv Griffin show in the early 80's.
In 1989 he was invited to create a sitcom for NBC. He teamed up with Larry David and they wrote the sitcoms. In 1990 in their first year, they were very close to being cancelled, but the viewers were increasing in numbers and they were kept for a second season. By the 4th season the Seinfeld show rose in popularity to become one of the biggest TV shows of all time. Jerry Seinfeld and Larry David - the co-creater and co-executive ended the series in 1998 and Jerry Seinfeld went back to Stand-up Comedy.
Is the Bee Movie Good or is it Just full of sticky Honey?
Jerry's A Big Star Now or is Flying Higher then a Bee?
Ok, the Bee Movie hass been released and I have it on my DVD shelf. This movie got a lot of hype, they have even put out a new trailer. This movie is the first significant thing that Seinfeld has done since he retired a multi-millionaire from the Jerry Seinfeld show. As he leaps and springs past the 50 year old mark - he had better start doing some more movies or he will fall from the multi-millionaire status to just plain millionaire - and we all know what a bummer that is! The Bee Movie looks like it is getting lots of hype and that the whole family can go! What a relief! I am looking forward to it.Ok, what did I think about the Bee Movie? I look at it sitting there stuck between Child's Play and The Ring and realize that I really do not have a good filing. The Bee Movie was cute. Maybe now that Seinfeld has a child or children, it is easier for him to relate to children, rather than the audience that made it possible for him to buy all of those Porsches he can forget about us. The movie wasn't that bad. I would give it a 6 1/2 outta ten, but that might be pushing it. The court scenes were probably the best part of the movie. There were some funny scenes there as he ridicules the Judicial system. Actually, the more I think about it, this is the best part of the movie. There are also some good old fashion animated slapstick, like when he is attached to the tennis ball or when he is bouncing around in the traffic. If you have a choice between one of his seasons of Seinfeld and the Bee Movie purchase one of his seasons. If you are a true Seinfeld fanatic like my self, you will want everything that Seinfeld does

Bee Movie is a comedy that will change everything you think you know about bees. Having just graduated from college, a bee by the name of Barry B. Benson (Jerry Seinfeld) finds himself disillusioned with the prospect of having only one career choice -- honey. As he ventures outside of the hive for the first time, he breaks one of the cardinal rules of the bee world and talks to a human, a New York City florist named Vanessa (Renee Zellweger). He is shocked to discover that the humans have been stealing and eating the bees honey for centuries, and ultimately realizes that his true calling in life is to set the world right by suing the human race for stealing their precious honey. www.BeeMovie.com
