- This lens has made me even hungrier. If I had time, I's go whip up some gravy and smother something in it but the incomplete research paper calls me. Thanks for sharing.

- Nice... home-made gravy is so way better than canned; the way I see it, if you're gonna make a roast, might as well make a big batch o' gravy & freeze some for another day.

- Gravy...always great. My all time favorite is sausage gravy served on biscuits with a poached egg on top. Beef gravy is a must for roast beef, and no one can resist a hot beef, hot pork or hot turkey sandwich covered in gravy. Gotta go, I'm getting hungry.

- Oh I love your beef gravy lens. I will definitely be back to check out your other recipes...your explanations are very easy to follow and a joy to read. Thank you so much for stating that beef gravy is fantastic with turkey (I secretly thought so, but was afraid to admit it). Take good care, Rose

- Gravy is tough and so many people get it wrong (though I'd never tell them that!). Thanks for the tips, I'll give these a try next time I make a roast beef. I've been lazy lately and using the canned kind (yuck!).

- Wash your mouth out for the Hamilton Beach ad... I work for Crock Pot LOL :) Seriously, a very nice lens. Being English, gravy is an essential part of a meal (unless it's salad!). 5*****
