This lens has made me even hungrier. If I had time, I's go whip up some gravy and smother something in it but the incomplete research paper calls me. Thanks for sharing.

    This lens looked great!

Nice... home-made gravy is so way better than canned; the way I see it, if you're gonna make a roast, might as well make a big batch o' gravy & freeze some for another day.

Gravy...always great. My all time favorite is sausage gravy served on biscuits with a poached egg on top. Beef gravy is a must for roast beef, and no one can resist a hot beef, hot pork or hot turkey sandwich covered in gravy. Gotta go, I'm getting hungry.

I LOVE gravy! Yum! I always have my dinner swimming in it...my beef needs a life raft when it's on my plate!

Oh I love your beef gravy lens. I will definitely be back to check out your other recipes...your explanations are very easy to follow and a joy to read. Thank you so much for stating that beef gravy is fantastic with turkey (I secretly thought so, but was afraid to admit it). Take good care, Rose

Thanks for this! I especially love the tips like how to deal with lumpy gravy and what to do if it's to salty. Very, very useful.

My hubby makes delicious gravy but not me for some reason. Maybe I could if I followed your recipe. Sounds delicious.

Gravy is tough and so many people get it wrong (though I'd never tell them that!). Thanks for the tips, I'll give these a try next time I make a roast beef. I've been lazy lately and using the canned kind (yuck!).

I'm a sauce "freak", so this lens is totally after my taste. You show beautifully "how it's done", Chef Thomas. A sweet 'n savory SquidAngel Blessing is in order! :)

Wash your mouth out for the Hamilton Beach ad... I work for Crock Pot LOL :) Seriously, a very nice lens. Being English, gravy is an essential part of a meal (unless it's salad!). 5*****
