Easy Beer Battered Fried Cod Recipe
Using a beer batter on fish is a delicious idea for a meal that the whole family will enjoy. The recipe below uses a dill-flavored beer batter for deep frying (although you can leave the dill out if you prefer), and is super simple to make. Also note that you can replace the cod with different fish such as sea bass, haddock, orange roughy or tilapia.
On this page you will also find videos and plenty more recipes which make the most of beer, so I hope you find something that makes your mouth water!
