The procedure in brief involves boiling the malt extract after adding water forming what is knowing as the wort.The wort is cooled and diluted in a fermentation vessel.The yeast is then pitched in and the vessel sealed for 7-10 days.The beer is then siphoned off,primed and sealed into bottles.Priming causes it to carbonate which gives the beer the fizz .Wait for another 2-3 weeks
