Official Rules of Beer Pong

You can do what you like, but these are the Official Beer Pong rules (as stated by me of course).

You Need:
> Four people, two per team
> 22 party cups (20 for beer, 2 for water) - It should be noted that you should not play with only 6 cups unless you are a wuss, OR you're at a very crowded party that needs fast moving action (in which case you should become a better shot anyway).
> At least two ping pong balls, I recommend more as you will lose/break some
> A table at least 8 feet in length (the ideal size is a ping pong table)
> 2-3 Beers (If you choose two you better already be drunk. If you choose liquor, trashcan punch etc. try not to win too many games or you could be hugging the toilet.)

Set Up:
> Put the ten cups in a pyramid (4,3,2,1) all touching each other and in the center of your side of the table.

Start of the Game:
> A popular way to start the game is to have two opposing players look each other in the eye and shoot at the cups. The first team that makes a cup goes first. Teammates alternate turns until someone makes it. If both teams make it, you keep shooting.
> This is okay with us, but there are plenty of people that can't make a cup looking at it, much less looking someone in the eye. Either look at the cups and follow the same procedure or just play paper rock scissors.

Playing the Game:
> Each team takes their respective shots. One each.
> If a player makes a cup, the other team should consume this cup. Alternate drinking cups made by the other team.
> If BOTH players make cups, send the balls back, they get to shoot again.
> If they bounce a ball in, drink two cups. You choose the second cup. HOWEVER, if they bounce, you have free reign to swat that shot away. Bouncing is a good strategy if a.) you're good at it and b.) the other team isn't paying attention.
> Only girls blow! If you have a female on your team she can blow a made shot out IF it has yet to hit the liquid.
> With 10 cups you should have two re-racks. The shooting team can choose how they want their cups arranged. (Most teams take another 3,2,1 pyramid with with 6 cups left. -- There are various popular variations for 2 or 3 cups left).

Ending the Game:
> Once a team has made all the cups, the other team get the chance to answer (regardless if they threw first to start the game). This is called a rebuttle.
> EVEN IF the team that makes their cups first hits both balls, the other team gets a rebuttle. First give them their balls back though and let them shoot again. However many times they make it, that's how many you have to make in return to continue the game. (Ex: If they made both balls, got them back and made one of their next two shots, you would have to hit 3 cups in a row [and be out of cups] to continue the game.
> If the team rebuttles (ex. drains their final cup one shot after you drained yours), put one cup back up there (NOT THREE) and continue play until only one team makes the final cup.
