What you put in your body when you wake up tells how your day will play out mentally, emotionally and physically.
But did you know that about 85% of people miss breakfast?
Let me give some advice. It is entirely impossible for the regular blue collar worker to get up in the morning to have a fully balanced breakfast! And I'm talking 10 egg whites 5 pieces of toast all the vitamins in the world and nutrients without consuming to many calories. Most Importantly that it is extremely important to eat 5 times a day. Eating 5 times a day boosts your metabolism in order to burn calories. Many people tend to have 2 large meals a day, but you are suppose to eat every 2-3 hours. Now I say this because your body tends to go into what I like to call "Body Fat Survival Storage" mode after about 3 hours. Meaning that your body will hold on to that fat and refuse to let go anymore calories because your body does not know when the next time it will be fueled (you can live long off your body fat without eating). Being that sometimes it is hard to keep up with such a eating schedule with work, children, school and other obligations and activity I suggest Herbalife!
