Think before you ink

Tattoos come in very different forms and styles. You can find color, black and white, simple shades and even certain tattoos that only appear under a black light. The main tattoo styles are: tribal, flowers, skulls , dragon, portraits, mystic, etc.

In the tattoo world even the techniques can change. The most common one is with the simple tattoo machines, the traditional Japanese technique is using a razor blade and a small hammer, in a way they carve it in. This technique is more painful but more precise than the modern technique. In Thailand they have a preferred tendency of using bamboo as an instrument. Their are several other techniques that i do not personally know of.

Tattoos can mean a multitude of things. Gangs use it to talk about what they have accomplished for the gang and which one they belong too. In the military a lot of people get tattoos to signify which unit and section they belong too.

Certain people get them simply because they find it pretty and cool. Others do it for the art of it, the love of the tattoo. Then you can certain people that have full body suits that are in a way transforming their bodies into a constant piece of art in it self.

A tattoo is not a piercing it is a life choice not to be taken lightly; you must think over it for a real period of time. Never forget that it is for life.
