Excellent lesson for kids, they all need to learn the basics of safety and respect for sure :)

I like this concept and building character is so vital in helping kids grow in the right direction. I think the home is the best place to teach character mainly because everything starts at home and all else is an extension. "Do unto others as you'd like them to do unto you"...is a great place to start. **Blessed by a Squid-Angel**

I choose home, because when born, children do not know right from wrong, it is what you teach them in the early years, that will make or break them in later years. Thanks for interesting lens.

Having characters teach character is a wonderful idea for working with children, they seemed mesmerized and totally focused when enjoying a beloved character.

I chose home for the place most children need guidance- as home is the testing ground for everything, and how things are dealt with at home leads to how things are dealt with in the world. Great lenses for teaching children core life values, I've angel blessed and will be featuring on a new lens shortly.

It's hard for me to decide which character I like best as they all have a wonderful message for kids and adults alike. Respectful Rabbit would be my first choice, I liked Responsible Rabbit and Warm-hearted Walrus too. Well shoot they are all wonderful! Best wishes for your charity!

Thank you! Someone once told me that if they had to choose they would choose Respectful Rabbit because once you have respect, the other traits will follow.

Loved this lens and the website. I think my favorite character is Manners the Monkey. Sounds like a wonderful organization that is making a difference in the lives of children. This lens is now featured on http://www.squidoo.com/sunshine-award-nominations. I have also nominated this lens for the contest. Good luck!
