This lens contains information about a positive parenting system that my wife and I developed based on a structured, token economy system for our kids. This lens also contains links to other relevant lenses, websites, and books to help you become a better parent.
We call our system The Behavior Bucks System. The system includes a book describing the system and all of the supporting resources to make it work.
We developed the system through lots of trial-and-error testing with ways to apply sound motivation principles. We used it with great success when our kids were younger (From 4 to about 12 years old).
About The Behavior Bucks System
Are you looking for a better way to motivate, inspire, and correct your children?Are you tired of achieving discipline by behaving toward your children in a way that you would never behave toward a co-worker, a client, or a subordinate?

We are Human Behavior Consultants, and we are parents. In the Behavior Bucks System we share what we have learned from both research and practical experience.
We have done the hard work for you. We have identified the key pieces, worked through the pitfalls, and developed a system you can use to apply positive strategies to disciplining and motivating your children.
