A great starter:

The Xenyx 802is simplicity in its purest form. Being perfect for a beginner, it creates a warm sound due to the excellent quality of the three-band British EQs. This Behringer mixer is great for hooking up multiple pieces of equipment to combine great sounds at an affordable great price!

Adaptable and so easy to use!

I've never really been into recording music and sounds, that was until I visited my friend and he was just setting the Behringer Xenyx 802 up. My first impression was that it looked basic. That's not a bad thing though, since when it was being put to the test, boy did it work! We tested out his drum kit with some mics hooked up - worked wonders! My friend even made my rough voice sound decent!

The next step was to hookup another mic, a CD player and his laptop and it was so easy to use. It came with an instruction manual but it didn't seem to be needed. After a short time I knew exactly how to use the dials to our needs.

My dad is seriously into his music and it was coming up to his birthday, so I decided to head over to Amazon.com to check out some reviews. Afterall, Amazon is a seriously trusted company. The reviews were amazing so I thought I'd share the knowledge and create this review on the Behringer Xenyx 802.

Good Connectivity:

The Behringer Xenyx 802 boasts 8 premium inputs as well as 2 state-of-the-art preamps allowing you to plug-in two dynamic or condenser microphones, showing how much great utility this mixer has. The RCA inputs and outputs allow you to play music between sets and record to an outbound recording device giving awesome versatility.

Every product has its bad sides, that's always a fact. They don't have to be bad enough for you to not buy this mixer though. What the Xenyx 802 isn't, is a piece of beauty. It looks basic, and for the price that Behringer have marketed it at, this is reflected.

But why should this be a bad point? If you buy this product, you're not buying it for its good looks and a shiny gloss finish, you're buying it for the job that it can do.That's not really that bad, is it? Ok, so it may not have all the "bells and whistles", but if it did, it wouldn't have already satisfied the needs of the consumer in this market.

Those shopping for the Behringer Xenyx 802 normally look to turn that small multi-vocal performance into a robust sound. Ideal for use with small choirs, the Xenyx 802 is also great for use in coffee shops and at karaoke events. I lost track of time when reading about the Xenyx 802 on Amazon, but found myself picking up a couple of little extras for my dad with this mixer in my shopping cart. Professionals and amateurs alike will find that the Behringer Xenyx 802 will suit their needs just fine. It has great functionality and I'm even thinking of picking one up for myself after being able to get the hang of it with ease.
