• The miracle of life. It's such a trip knowing that there is a tiny person growing inside of you. When you think about how complicated it is to sustain a growing life, it is truly amazing.
• New curves. I loved watching my body change throughout pregnancy.
• Free pass to act up. Maybe it's not a free pass, but people do seem to have more tolerance for your mood swings and are more eager to make you happy when you are pregnant.
• Pregnancy breaks barriers. You get to join the mom club. It's such a universal experience. People you don't know come up to you just to talk about your pregnancy.
• I really try to take care of myself. It's really for the baby, but I benefit from healthy living as well.
• Clearer skin. My skin is never as beautiful as it is when I'm pregnant.
• Maternity clothes. I love maternity clothes. It's easier for me to shop maternity than my regular clothes. I've always had a problem fitting into jeans and those elastic waists helped a lot.
