In The Zone

Being In the Zone is about being in the right place at the right time and knowing you are in the right place at the right time.

We've all experienced such delightful moments and through photography I started to capture the occurrences of such moments in my life. I started in 1988 and now twenty years later I have brought this project to a close with a collection of 500 photographs.

Photographs from places like New Zealand, Costa Rica, Spain, Colombia, Fiji... and images of people, places and things that follow this theme of being in the right place at the right time.

Although photographs for this project were shot using both film and digital cameras, the images in this project live in the digital world and are seen not in a book but only through a digital screen, such as on an iPhone or a PC monitor.

This lens showcases photographs from the In The Zone project. Part 1 and Part 2 display 30 static images and Part 3 animates 50 images.
