I Had a Sexy Six Pack Here Somewhere - Where Did It Go?

I guess it's time to learn how to lose belly fat. Excess abdominal fat is all too common today.  Most people consider that extra belly fat a simple vanity issue and go about their days hiding their abs by covering their gut with loose clothing to try and avoid that way too self-conscious feeling about their flabby abs.

Subcutaneous Fat

The top layer of fat that covers up your six pack area is called "subcutaneous fat". This belly fat layer is directly beneath your abdominal skin but on top of your ab muscles.

Visceral Fat

The deep belly fat that is underneath your ab muscles is called "visceral fat". This type of belly fat surrounds your internal organs and is responsible in men for the other kind of "six pack" - the beer belly.

Visceral fat in the belly area carries the highest threat to your health. Both types of belly fat greatly increase your chance for health problems such as diabetes, stroke, high blood pressure, and other diseases, however visceral fat, the under the ab muscle belly fat, consistently releases more inflammatory molecules into your body.

    Most gyms have charts and posters showing you how. be sure to worrk different muscles groups each day to give the others time to rest.

    eat healthy and maybe try protein powder...but dont take to much because its high in cholesterol...myabe use some creatine.
    -dont use them every day. vary it or your body will become dependant on it.

    just watch people at the gym....youll see what they do and just do it..

    Try some crunches or something.
    If anything eat a REALLY BIG breakfast, and don't eat the rest of the day. If you eat breakfast that gives you fuel for the whole day. If you just eat supper, you are sitting around doing nothing/or at least less active during the night.

    Ew Fast food is sooooo not good for you. It's greasy High cal/fat/cholestoral. No wonder your fat.
