If You Want The Best Caviar, You'll Buy Beluga Caviar

"Baby Beluga in the deep blue sea,
Swim so wild and you swim so free.
Heaven above, and the sea below,
And a little white whale on the go."

I'm sure we've all hear that Raffi song. It may sound like a children's song, but belugas are real creatures. In all honesty, if you want good caviar, beluga caviar is the best.

I find that the easiest way to buy beluga caviar is online. It is safe and secure, and I always know that I will be getting the best by buying from accredited websites.

Now whenever I have guests over on a special occasion, I serve them only beluga caviar and nothing less.

The Most Delicious Beluga Caviar

And where to find it...

People love beluga caviar for a reason. The taste of it on your palate can make some people go crazy. The crunch of the individual pearls is a siren for some people. The delicious aroma can bring even a king to his knees.

That is why beluga caviar is the only caviar that I buy. I find that it is hard to find a good can of it at a grocery store, so I buy it exclusively online.

CAVIARetc.com
provides me with these delectable treats and I have trusted them for years. Their beluga is shipped fresh from the Caspian Sea in orders of one ounce (just for me) all the way up to an entire kilo (a wedding or special occasion).

The great thing about beluga caviar is that if I can't finish it all at once, it can last me about four weeks. After that, I am back on CAVIARetc.com
placing another order.

Beluga Caviar

Caviar was once a food reserved only for kings, czars and princes of Persia. But now, most regular people and commoners like you and me can afford to eat caviar. Some of the best caviars in the world come from the beluga sturgeon which resides in the Caspian Sea as well as the Black and Adriatic Seas. The belugas are caught and fisherman are able to take over two thousand pounds of caviar at a time. Despite this, beluga caviar remains the most expensive caviar in the world and one of the most cherished in the world.

Before beluga caviar, gold caviar was considered the greatest in the world. It still exists today but is so close to the brink of extinction that they are no longer fished for. Beluga sturgeon became the next best option and within a few years, fishermen have already driven these to the brink of extinction, but not yet to the extent that happened to the gold. Because of the lowered population, there have been restrictions placed onto the capture and sale of beluga caviar. You might expect to pay about $5000 in the United States for beluga caviar. The reason being for this is because this kind of caviar has been put on restriction by the United States government.

The least expensive place to get beluga caviar is one of the places that are harvested in, Kazakhstan. Beluga can be bought there for about $250 with the same quality and quantity as in the United States. This type of caviar typically can be bought by foreigners visiting the country and bringing tins home, but it is much more difficult to buy Kazakhstani beluga caviar online for that price.

As you can see, it may be difficult to get your hands on some fresh beluga caviar, but it is not impossible. If the price seems to be too high for you, remember that you get what you pay for and you will get something marvelous on your taste buds that you will not soon forget. One final piece of advice for anyone who buys any type of caviar: the best utensils to handle caviar should be made of mother of pearl, because metal utensils will alter the taste. As silly as it may sound, you can also use a plastic spoon if you don't have any mother of pearl utensils.
