Yes I do on occasions - I think it is a fabulous herb but has become a bit over-exposed and 'hyped' as a result of avid network marketing - I hope it will settle back to normality one day. It was around long before network marketeering.

- I have used Aloe Vera inside and out for years...but people shouldn't ingest the plant or the gel, some things that make it too strong of a cleanser are removed when they make the juice preparations.
