Make Your Own Apple Juice

The easiest way to make apple juice is with a juicer. Just wash the apples and cut them into pieces that fit into the juicer. If you have a good juicer you can usually juice apples without cutting them. Then just juice the apples and drink the juice right away (it's best when it's fresh). Apple juice will quickly turn brown because of the oxidation, to slow this down add some lemon juice. but don't worry - oxidation is normal and it is just a visual thing, apple juice is still good and healthy.
