- Yes, I am Buddhist, so of course I meditate. Some days are more challenging than others. PERSISTANCE is the key.

- I do Vipassana meditation, though I am not very regular; needless to say it helps in every aspect of life. Your lens has beautiful excerpts from various monks and saints, they all show meditation helps the mind and is actually an art of living.

- I have sometimes practiced meditation -- especially when awake in the very early hours. I know a lot of people meditate to breath, but I prefer heartbeat.

- excellent lens and very good use of so few modules. i sometimes meditate (or rather, try to) after a yoga session...i focus on the flame of a candle...
