    Yes, I am Buddhist, so of course I meditate. Some days are more challenging than others. PERSISTANCE is the key.

    Not for very long or well per se, but even a few minutes of paying attention and relaxing helps ground me for the day.

    I do Vipassana meditation, though I am not very regular; needless to say it helps in every aspect of life. Your lens has beautiful excerpts from various monks and saints, they all show meditation helps the mind and is actually an art of living.

    I meditate on occasion, although recently I've done more yoga than straight meditation. I really enjoy meditation, though, and should do it more!

    I have sometimes practiced meditation -- especially when awake in the very early hours. I know a lot of people meditate to breath, but I prefer heartbeat.

    excellent lens and very good use of so few modules. i sometimes meditate (or rather, try to) after a yoga session...i focus on the flame of a candle...
