Largely as a result of our poor diets, Americans suffer a higher incidence of degenerative diseases like Cancer than any place else in the world. We know we need to eat more Fruits and Vegetables everyday but buying and preparing 5-9 servings of different fresh fruits and vegetables everyday is not as easy as it sounds! I know, I get that! Awesome lens. We get our required servings of fruits and vegetables by using our Jack LaLanne Power Juicer. It's sad that most people don't realize that eating mostly processed and packaged foods really does lead to major health issues later on. God gave us fruits and vegetables for a reason.
