Our bodies live and breathe because of Live Enzymes! So the benefits of eating raw foods is Huge! Digestion happens with Live Enzymes! Digestion of food keeps us alive! Get the connection?

Your body has so many and if they are not replenished everyday, causes poor health, early aging, cancer, disease, shall I go on?

The major difference between cooked and raw foods is simple, cooked food is dead. As in Void of Live enzymes. Eating cooked vegetables and not some raw is better than none at all, but eating an abundance of living raw foods is the key to healthy living.

Eating foods in their raw form is best for replenishing your bodies live enzymes, that are found in raw plant food. Enzymes are essential in building and maintaining health. These living microscopic structures are in all fresh, raw fruits, nuts, seeds and vegetables and are necessary to help digest food that we eat.

Digestive enzymes are used to break food down so ours bodies can utilize them to sustain our life. However, cooking foods also destroys all of the live enzymes. Then when trying to digest the cooked food, our body have to rob enzymes from our own enzyme reserves, ultimately depleting them if not replenished daily. If you don't replenish them by eating raw foods daily, then we weaken our immune systems which decreases our ability to fight off unfriendly bacteria and viruses.
