About Ben Gibbard
Born August 11, 1976 in Bremerton, Washington, Benjamin Gibbard is most notable as the lead singer of 'Death Cab for Cutie'. Ben currently lives in Seattle, Washington and recently became engaged to actor / singer Zooey Deschanel of the band She & Him. Ben side projects include 'The Postal Service' and 'All-Time Quarterback'. He has also created music under his name and under the band Pinwheel. Ben recently finished a nationwide solo tour featuring David Bazan of 'Pedro The Lion' and Jonathan Rice.
