Best 3D Blu Ray Movies Reviews

Hey there. I'm glad you stopped by to my lens about the best 3D Blu-ray movies reviews. I think it's important for me to tell you that I'm a hardcore 3D enthusiast and champion of the format. For me, the depth and pop-out ability of 3D add a lot to the movie experience.

And just so you know a little more about me. I own a 3D projector. Yes, I've got the full "real" home theater going in my home. I still go to the movies, but aside from IMAX experiences, I don't gain much by doing so. If you're in the market for a 3D projector, but aren't sure what to buy, I'd recommend looking into the Acer H5360 3D Projector. It's a 720P 3D projector that's budget friendly. And trust me, you'll feel the impact. This was actually my first projector and when I put up Resident Evil: Afterlife to show friends, they got jealous real fast. Best of all, that projector is amazingly inexpensive.

I've divided up the movies below into three categories for you: Reference Quality, Great Movies and Newer Movies. If you want to show off your 3D Projector or 3D TV, make sure you grab at least one 3D movie from the Reference Quality category. And whatever you do, get your movies online. I stopped going to Frys and Best Buy ages ago (aside from a very, very special sale). Amazon is where it's at.

UPDATE 10-4: Both the Lion King 3D and Beauty and the Beast 3D are now on sale at Amazon. I'd pick these up as both got solid reviews. I'm re-watching Lion King tonight in my 3D theater at home. If I had to choose one, I'd lean toward Beauty and the Beast since I like the story a little more and I believe the 3D is slightly better. Either way, it's a win. They come with digital copies, 3D Blu, regular Blu-ray, DVD and a Blu-ray with special features. Get em both!
